Job Overview :
We are looking for a Data Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
Candidate will be responsible for accurate data collection, Processing, modeling and analysis. The candidate needs to have exposure and experience in understanding data used in contact center operations.

Key Responsibilities :
• Candidate should be having thorough knowledge and professional experience in "MIS Reporting", preparation of MIS.
• Analyst reports to detect problems during data collection and help review data that has been collected.

• Extensive daily excel based (Use of advance excel) reporting.
• Operational MIS and dashboards for all business verticals.

• Need a basic understanding about PowerBI, AIML (Python, Automation).
• Derive insights from electoral and demographic data using statistical techniques
